Thunderbirds Are Go: Under Pressure

If you’ve been following the blog for a while, you’ll know I’ve written an episode of the new Thunderbirds Are Go for CiTV. It’s called Under Pressure, where International Rescue have to go to great depths to avert a toxic waste disaster in the sea.

I think it’s safe to say that, alongside my EastEnders debut, I’ve never been so nervous and thrilled to watch something I’ve written, especially for a show which means so much. I wrote the script two years ago, had an absolute blast, and loved working with head writer Rob Hoegee and director David Scott to develop the story (click here to read about the writing process, or here for a much more in-depth look). Thanks as ever to the great and wise Estelle Hughes for giving me the opportunity to write for the show in the first place!

My episode will be on again on Wednesday 17th June, 5pm on CiTV but it’s on their iplayer right now, so you can watch it here if you’d like to take a look. F.A.B.!
